Transformation in Motion

Digital transformation and change management

How do you transform an organization while keeping it running?

Company identity and selected project elements have been adapted for public presentation.

Learning map “Transformation in Motion”: an organization portrayed as a ship underway. The cutaway hull shows people and areas such as trust, leadership, data, learning, experimentation, governance, execution, capability, adoption and reinforcement, surrounded by islands, risks and opportunities.
Challenge

Connect digital transformation to everyday decisions and behaviors. The experience explores how people, processes, and technology need to evolve together so that new solutions become part of daily work and create value.

Solution

The map portrays the organization as a ship already underway. Its cutaway reveals relationships among trust, leadership, data, sensing, learning, experimentation, governance, execution, capability, adoption, and reinforcement. The surrounding ocean presents pressures, risks, and opportunities. Purpose guides the journey, while the sails show a cycle of testing and learning, scaling what works, and reassessing direction. Artificial intelligence appears as an accelerating force within this environment.

Experience

The cards introduce situations and choices that connect different areas of the map. A customer signal prompts the team to investigate a need; a prototype raises questions about the next step; use in the field reveals capability and adoption challenges. The group examines evidence, discusses alternatives, and connects its decisions to the organization’s context. The images show sample physical cards and an illustrative visualization of a digital experience.

Experience objective

Explore how leadership, learning, technology and adoption connect during organizational transformation. Use the ship’s scenes to discuss obstacles, responsibilities and choices at work.
