Company identity and selected project elements have been adapted for public presentation.
Bring the competency framework closer to the teams’ reality. Developed for an industrial company context in Brazil, the project translates concepts into observable situations connected to working relationships and decisions.
The map organizes the exploration around five competencies: Adapt, Connect, Experiment, Deliver, and Inspire. An industrial setting provides the context for scenes of collaboration, learning, initiative, priority setting, and leading by example. The route connects these situations and makes the relationships among behaviors visible.
The large format supports group exploration: locating scenes and discussing the behaviors they portray. Teams can relate these situations to their own work and discuss what each competency looks like in practice. The image of a group holding the map illustrates its scale and how it can be used collectively.
